Refund Policy

We, Kanoo Pays Jamaica (Kanoo), mirror the refund policy of the Merchant.

The Merchant is responsible for organising and hosting the BZR Weekend, July 24–26, 2026 at the National Stadium, Independence Park, Kingston 6, Jamaica, which is referred to as an “Event”.

The Merchant has engaged Kanoo to facilitate its customers ordering, paying for and receiving tickets electronically for one or more Event(s) as well as purchasing official merchandise related to the Event via its online store and mobile application, including its marketplace and its payment interface.

Merchant policy

It is the Merchant’s express policy that:

All sales to and purchases by any persons are final and that there shall not be any refund of any sums paid for tickets for Events and/or for purchasing official merchandise related to the event.

Additionally, all transaction fees, including but not limited to any commission, processing fees or otherwise, charged by and payable to Kanoo in connection with purchase of the ticket(s) or official merchandise shall be non-refundable.

Force Majeure

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, in the event that one or more Force Majeure Event(s) were to occur which result in the cancellation of one or more Events, there will be no refund whatsoever for tickets purchased and, in keeping with the spirit of the BZR Weekend, all receipts or proceeds shall go towards the legacy of the event.

• Acts of God
• Flood, fire, earthquake or explosion
• War, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest
• Government order or law
• Action by any governmental authority
• National or regional emergency
• Strikes, labour stoppages or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances
• Epidemic, pandemic or similar influenza or infection that may cause global outbreak, or pandemic, or serious illness
• Other similar events beyond the reasonable control of Merchant

By checking the box on checkout to continue with your transaction, you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that you have read and fully understood the above-detailed Merchant policy terms and conditions of sale and hereby consent and agree to be bound thereby.
