All sales are final. Except where expressly stated in writing by the Merchant or required by applicable law, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted once a transaction has been completed.
16.2 Merchant Responsibility
The Merchant is solely responsible for the delivery, organization, and quality of any goods, services, or events offered for sale. The Merchant determines and enforces its applicable refund, cancellation, and exchange policies.
Where the Platform acts as a payment processor or marketplace facilitator, Kanoo adopts and enforces the Merchant’s stated policy.

These fees are retained as compensation for services rendered at the point of transaction.
16.4 No Refunds for Completed Transactions
Once a purchase has been successfully processed:
- Payments cannot be reversed
- Refunds will not be issued for unused, missed, or partially used goods, services, or events
- Customer dissatisfaction alone does not entitle a refund unless otherwise specified by the Merchant
16.5 Force Majeure
In the event that the Merchant is unable to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), no refunds shall be issued.
Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to:

Any exceptions to this Refund Policy must be:
- Clearly stated in writing by the Merchant prior to purchase; or
- Required under applicable consumer protection laws
